Hydroxypropyl Starch Ether (HPS) is the general term for a class of modified starches containing ether bonds in themolecule. lt is also called etherified starch. Hps is mainly used in the mortar of construction, lt can affect the consistency ofmortar based on gypsum, cement and lime to improve the workability and sag resistance of mortarStarch ether usuallyUsed in conjunction with unmodified and modified cellulose ethers.

In lacquer putty, HPS is mainly to improve the construction and thixotropy of the putty, so that the operation is smooth.
HPS improves mortar adhesion and balance of open time and anti-slip for tile adhesive. It has the characteristics of good fluidity,excellent film-forming properties, retrogradation weak and viscosity stability.
HPS can effectively improve the rheology of plaster and significantly improve sagging phenomenon for latter plastering and reduce the shrinkage and crack formation.
Usage and Dosage
1. After mixing evenly with other dry powder components, stir with the recommendedamountof water for use
2. The typical addition amount is 0.02% -0.2% ofthe mortar dry powder material, whichcan be adjusted according to specific applications

Barrel or paper plastic bag lined with polyethylene film inner bag. Net weight of each bag: 25kg.
